Process for Powder Coating

As there are wide variations of quality of the galvanizing process, different steps for pretreatment must be observed.

Pre-Treatment Tanks

Dipping Tank removes dirt and other contaminants. Our dipping tanks use biodegradable chemicals to clean and prepare the metal surfaces. This procedure ensures the best powder bonding and adherence during processing for the durability we guarantee.

Extra surface preparation overcomes delamination of the powder form the surface or pinholes from trapped gasses for a higher quality, longer lasting finish.

We are proud of our unique process.

After drying, the product is then powder coated and cured in a high temperature oven.
